I'm Erin Bischoff, and along with my husband Nick, we own and operate Turtles Bakeree. I am the one behind the mixer with a passion for pastry, and Nick is the #1 taste-tester with a very discerning palate.

I left my corporate job in April of 2018 to attend the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. Shortly after graduation we relocated to Florida and have been enjoying making the Sunshine State our new home. I now fill my days baking and decorating custom sugar cookies, creating custom cakes, tarts, pastries and any other sweet treats I can dream up. We love playing tennis, spending time at the beach, and cheering for our beloved Boston sports teams.

We started Turtles as a way to connect with our new community by creating custom desserts to make any birthday party, bridal shower, graduation [or any other reason to celebrate!] a little sweeter. And because we love turtles so much, we donate a portion of all proceeds to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center,  our local sea turtle rehabilitation facility.
