How do I place an order?Use the Order Form and fill out the form in as much detail as possible. Turtles Bakeree will contact you within 24 hours to finalize the order details and provide a price quote. Once all details have been confirmed and agreed upon by both parties, you will receive an invoice via email.

How do I pay for my order?Turtles Bakeree will send you an invoice via email once all order details have been confirmed. Invoices are sent through Square which allows for safe and secure processing. We accept all major credit cards. Custom orders must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice in order to reserve your spot on the calendar.

How much do you charge for custom cookies?The prices vary depending on the complexity of the theme/design. Please see the Menu tab for pricing structure for each category.

How much do you charge for wedding cakes?The prices vary depending on the complexity of the design, number of tiers, etc. Please complete the order form in as much detail as possible to receive a price quote.

Do you offer wedding cake tastings?Yes! Brides/Grooms may choose 3 cake, filling, and frosting combinations and they will be baked as mini cakes. If the couple has already paid the save-the-date retainer, the tasting is free. If the couple has not yet paid the retainer, the tasting costs $50 and is due 10 days prior to the tasting date. This charge will be deducted from the final price of the wedding cake if the couple chooses Turtles Bakeree to create their wedding cake.

What are your qualifications?Erin Bischoff, Head Baker, has a Pastry Arts Certification from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. We operate Turtles Bakeree out of our home kitchen under Florida Cottage Food Law. Erin is also ServSafe Certified - an educational program that was developed by the National Restaurant Association to educate food service workers about food safety. Turtles Bakeree operates under the necessary food safey principles so you can ensure the product you receive is handled in the proper manner to avoid foodborne illness.
